How GrandCore handles website inquiries and private project reviews.
Information you provide
When you send a project inquiry, we store the name, email, business details and message you provide. Private review accounts also store account details, project access, comments, attachments and approval history. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal records in project comments.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver agreed project work, operate the private review service and maintain a record of decisions. Review content is available only to authorized project participants and GrandCore administrators.
Sessions and technical records
The review portal uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Limited security records help prevent abuse and investigate errors. The site does not currently install advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Third-party project links have their own privacy practices.
Service providers and storage
The website and review records are hosted on managed server infrastructure. Transactional project notifications may be processed by email delivery services. We do not sell inquiry or review information.
Retention and your requests
We retain inquiry and project records while they are needed for the conversation, project delivery and related administration. You can ask about access, correction or removal by emailing SilvermanExecutive@gmail.com. Some project decisions may need to be retained for the project record.
